Return and Refund Policy

At DIJA STORE & CO, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund.

Eligibility Conditions

• Product in original condition, without wear
• All original accessories and packaging included
• Request made within 30 days
• Return shipping costs at customer's expense (except for our error)
• Sale items non-refundable (exchange possible)

Not Eligible

• Change of mind, size/color error, natural scent
• Color difference due to screen display
• Incorrect delivery address
• Delays due to external events
• Request beyond 30 days

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

• Photo/video evidence required upon receipt
• Non-conforming or missing item accepted in dispute
• Package not delivered after 45 days (60 days outside CA/USA)

🔁 Return Policy – Perfumes For products from the Noor Élixir collection (Perfumes), a specific return policy applies to ensure quality and traceability of sensitive items.

⏳ Return Period: 14 days Any return request must be submitted within 14 days of package receipt. After this period, no returns will be accepted for perfumes.

✅ Acceptance Conditions: Products must be:

• Unopened, unused, untested
• Intact, undamaged and in original packaging
• Labels (if applicable) must still be in place

📦 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 5 days from receipt to inform us. Beyond this period, no claims will be considered.

How to Return

• Contact us at info@dijatou.ca (with order number + photos and video if needed)
• Carefully package the item
• Ship to the indicated address with tracking number
• Refund processed within 7 business days after inspection, via original payment method.
