These terms govern access to dijatou.ca and purchases from DIJA Store & CO. By using the store, you agree to the terms that apply at the time of your visit or order.
1. Store operator
This online store is operated by DIJA Store & CO, located at 708 12e Avenue, Lachine, Quebec H8S 3J4, Canada. Questions may be sent to info@dijatou.ca.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must have the legal capacity required to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete billing, delivery and contact information and for protecting access to your account.
3. Products, descriptions and availability
We aim to present products, colours, dimensions and images as accurately as possible. Display settings and handcrafted or production variations may create minor differences. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may change without notice before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping and other applicable charges are shown at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request; it does not prevent us from carrying out fraud, payment or availability checks. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, inventory error or legal restriction. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery and after-sales requests are governed by our Shipping policy and Returns, exchanges & refunds policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or security-compromising activity; interfere with its operation; introduce malicious code; scrape protected content; or infringe our rights or those of another person.
8. Intellectual property
DIJA Store & CO retains its rights in its business name, logo, visual identity, custom layout and original editorial or graphic content created by or specifically for the business.
Product photographs, videos and certain descriptions may be supplied by third-party suppliers or commercial partners. Those materials remain the property of their respective rights holders or licensors. Their presence on the store does not constitute a claim by DIJA Store & CO that it created them or owns the copyright in them.
DIJA Store & CO uses such materials in good faith as part of the product information made available by its suppliers. If you believe that content displayed on the store infringes your rights, please follow the reporting procedure in our Legal notice. This clarification does not transfer any rights and does not exclude obligations imposed by applicable law.
9. Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond obligations imposed by law.
10. Legal warranties and limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes a legal warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIJA Store & CO is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the store or a third-party service.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. We may update the terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from publication.
